3. Chassis Preperation

The front suspension and rear powertrain are removed. The chassis reinspected for structual integrity. Modifications or repairs are made as required.

4. Pedal Group Rebuild

The brake and accelerator group is removed and inspected to ensure proper operation and then reinstalled with new mounting blocks and new wear items.

5. Powertrain Servicing

The powertrain is inspected, cleaned and fully serviced. Rear spring bushings are replaced. Brake system is checked for proper operation, lubricated as required and new brake shoes installed. Rear axle ans springs are repainted.

6. Front Suspension Rebuild

Suspension is completely disassembled and inspected for wear and damage and rebuilt with new bushings. Wheel bearings are removed, serviced and reinstalled with new seals.

7. Chassis Reassembly

Front suspension and rear powertrain are reinstalled with new mounting hardware and inspected for proper operation.

8. Electrical System Servicing

A new solenoid & limit switches are installed. Then all electrical components including the motor controller and onboard computer are inspected, cleaned and verified for proper operation.

11. Final Vehicle Assembly

New body, seat, seatbacks and bumpers are installed. Finally, the charger recepticle and foreward/reverse switch are installed.

12. Quality Control

All components are tested for proper fit and operation, then the vehicle is test driven to ensure safe operation. Upon final approval, a new serial number is issued certifying thats its a genuine Gold Standard vehicle.
