I would like to take a moment and personally thank you and your excellent staff for the service you provide. Without a doubt you are one of the best vendors that services our resort. I frequently have immediate needs and J.C. and Adam have both responded without complaint or excuses. Both gentlemen have always delivered what they have promised and even when it was next to impossible they have delivered. This goes for service work as well as providing the parts, as we need them. I tried other vendors and none of them can come close to the excellent service that your company provides. So, I feel all of your people have provided the service I expect and they all deserve the recognition they earned. Thanks to both of you as well for the integrity your company demonstrates.
